What do we do

Our services are scalable so that clients pay only for what they need and when they need it. We serve across various industry segments to be a value-added partner for our clients.
We study your business and target the content to web-optimize that benefits your bottom line. If done right, your business can get organic gains on the internet. We help in developing the market strategy and a plan on how to consolidate efforts across platforms using social and business media. Public relations and and press programs are synced with Advertising and Marketing (A&M) campaigns to develop and maintain market traction. It is not what you do but how you do matters. Businesses generally reduce their costs by converging efforts to a targeted AM&PR program goals for better results.
How we work
We serve across industry segments of start-ups, small-to-medium (SMB) and large enterprise businesses. In our start-up model, we have developed a staged eco-system where a business can benefit from choosing a small part of each area of service to ensure progress on the right track. It saves from having to do a Re-do or a Make-over when that area of service goes to market. Essentially, setting tone from concept stage. Work flow is smooth and efficient in our hand-holding approach. In SMB and Enterprise businesses, we carry out a Needs Analysis and provide a Solution summary.
Fee and Expense Structure
We scope out a project after a client needs analysis. if project is multi-staged, we chalk out the steps and provide an estimate of project rate. Billing is attached to each stage. In certain cases, the scope of the work requires expansion, additions or deletions, thus, altering work or production schedules, we either provide an addition add-on estimate or bill by the hour, as is acceptable to the client. In rare cases, the scope is not accurately defined by client, or on smaller projects, we may work on an hourly basis of a flat fee with fixed hour allocation.
All fees, charges and expenses are incurred and billed with notice and client's pre-approval. A portion of the fee is due at the outset of each project, and invoices are generated according to progress or a an initial project need or upon project completion of the project. We bill updates, by the hour, but by 15-minute increments so clients pay only for the time used for work.
